And, for human hair wigs there has been significant improvements in the way the hair is extracted, collected, and treated, for creating the non-lace wig.

The lace front is very sheer, allowing it to lay flat against the scalp and look very natural.

But those regular non-lace wigs are still around and will always be. This is because there will always be those women that do not want the glue, liquid adhesive, or tape which is required when the lace wigs are worn as they are intended to be. There will always be the women who do not want to commit to having a wig affixed to her, and secured in place for a couple of weeks at a time. There will always be the girl who just wants to change her hair and go.

If you don’t want a wig that is fixed to your head for a few days at a time, then looking into a non-lace wig can be a better option for you. All you have to do is get dressed and position the wig on your head. No doubt this is why we are increasingly seeing women who purchase lace wigs and then use, and wear, them exactly like non lace wigs.

The traditional non-lace wigs which have been around for decades and are more commonly made out of synthetic material. They can be very good wigs. The higher quality human hair non lace wigs are made by hand. Hours are spent on the knotting and direction of the cuticle of each strand of hair making them lay beautifully.

There is another significant difference between lace wigs and the regular traditional non-lace wigs. And that is the fact that the non-lace wig is generally one that does not allow for a natural hair line. The lace wig blends with the individuals existing hair to make the most natural look.
